Your PIR number was printed at the Baggage Services counter. Format: 3-letter airport + airline code + 5 digits — e.g. MCTWY12345

What is a PIR?
A Property Irregularity Report is issued at the airport when you report missing baggage. It contains your unique tracking number.

How long does tracing take?
Most bags are located within 24–48 hours. International connections may take up to 5 days. We update this page as soon as there is news.
