Where to find your baggage tag number?

The 8-digit tag number is printed on the luggage tag attached to your bag and on your boarding pass tag stub. It typically starts with the airline code digits.

What is an OHD?

On-Hand Baggage reports are raised when bags are found at the airport store without a matching PIR. Search using the 8-digit tag number.

At Airport Store (0–7 days)

Bags found within 7 days are held at the Muscat Airport Baggage Store. Bring your boarding pass and ID to collect.

🛫

Off Airport (7+ days)

After 7 days, unclaimed bags are transferred back to the airline. Contact your airline directly to arrange collection.
